滲水井模具在脫模前后應(yīng)該清理干凈整潔，脫模劑應(yīng)該均勻涂刷，每一個面板都要逐個清理，并在與混凝土的接觸部位涂上脫模劑，螺母應(yīng)該均勻上緊，防止模具傾倒。鋼模板在焊接的時候應(yīng)該兩端放平順，避免模板凹陷或者翹起來，做到面板和筋板緊固貼合，防止漏漿的現(xiàn)象，模板的縫隙需要干凈沒有雜物，采取相應(yīng)的措施輕拿輕放，不要損壞鋼模具。滲水井模具組裝后的尺寸規(guī)格應(yīng)該與圖紙相符合，焊接的地方應(yīng)該沒有明顯的縫隙，每個部位之間可以用緊固件連接緊固，模具的內(nèi)部要清理干凈，防止雜物油污的影響預(yù)制件的規(guī)格形狀，檢查井模具的內(nèi)壁應(yīng)涂上隔離劑，可選用的范圍很廣，如松香皂類等等，這樣的選擇使得內(nèi)壁不再污染。The seepage well mould shall be cleaned and tidy before and after demoulding, and the release agent shall be applied evenly.
